No. You can order a single personalised item or hundreds, and there are no setup fees either.

How long does delivery take?

Orders of under 20 items usually arrive in 3–5 working days, and 20–100 items take 10–15 working days. For orders of over 100 items we agree a delivery date with you.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has the brand's own size chart. Compare it with your chest, waist and hip measurements. Our size guide explains how to measure.

How do I order a personalised item?

Choose a product, pick your colour and size, then open the design studio on the product page to add text, clipart or your own artwork. When you are happy with the live preview, add it to your basket and check out.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every item is printed to order, please contact us as soon as possible through the help centre. If your order has not gone into production yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

How is my order sent?

We send orders with Royal Mail or Evri by tracked, signed-for delivery, and you receive a tracking link when your order ships.

How should I wash printed clothing?

Wash inside out at a low temperature, avoid tumble drying and don't iron directly on the print. This keeps the design bright for longer.

Yes. Open a ticket in the Sales & Quotes department with the products, quantities and sizes you need, and we will send you a quote.

What file should I send for my logo?

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file (PDF, AI or EPS), gives the sharpest result. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will check it before printing.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items are made just for you, so they can only be returned if they are faulty. Tell us within 30 days and we will put it right.

Can you ship directly to my customers?

Yes. With our e-commerce fulfilment service we print and ship your designs straight to your customers.

I don't have a design. Can you help?

Yes. The design studio has 1,000+ clipart images and 50+ font styles, so you can build a design yourself in minutes. For anything more involved, open a ticket in the Artwork & Design department and our team will help.

Can I return an item that isn't personalised?

Yes. Unworn, unwashed items without personalisation can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. Give us your previous order number when you reorder and we will match the artwork, placement and colours.

Will my printed colours match my screen?

Accepted Answer

We print with vivid, durable inks, but every screen shows colour slightly differently, so small variations are normal. If an exact brand colour matters, tell us when you order.

My item arrived faulty. What should I do?

Open a ticket in the Returns & Faults department within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I use images I found online?

Accepted Answer

Only if you own them or have permission to use them. You are responsible for making sure your artwork does not break anyone else's copyright or trademarks.
